All communication happens directly through email, phone, or WeChat, so the only personal information we receive is what you choose to share with us that way — typically your name, email address, phone or WeChat contact, and details about your trip (dates, group size, interests).
We don’t use analytics or advertising tracking tools on this website, and we don’t automatically collect browsing data about your visit.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you share with us to:
• Respond to your inquiry and answer questions about our tours
• Design and confirm a custom itinerary
• Arrange logistics before, during, and after your trip (accommodation, guides, transport)
• Communicate with you about your booking
We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Information
Payments are made directly through Alipay, WeChat Pay, or bank transfer. We don’t collect or store your card, account, or banking details — these are handled entirely by the payment platform or your bank, each of which has its own privacy policy.
Photos and Media
We occasionally take photos or videos during tours for use in our own promotion. If you’d prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, just let us know when you book, and we’ll respect that.
Third-Party Services
Our Contact page embeds a Google Map to show our location. This is provided directly by Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy, not ours.
Cookies
Our website may use basic technical cookies needed for the site to function, such as those set by our hosting provider. We don’t currently use cookies for advertising or visitor tracking.
